Someone once beheld me at the end of the world and, with reverence, whispered my name—Jörmungandr, the Serpent that Coils Around the World.
Someone once glimpsed my form at the threshold of the Underworld and, in fear, called me the Ancient Serpent—Satan.
The gods themselves trembled at my wrath and named me Typhon, the Hundred-Headed Dragon.
I have been known by many names—the Serpent of Creation, the Serpent of Sacrifice, the Serpent of Ceremony, the Serpent of the World…
Yet beyond all titles and whispers of mortals and gods alike, I have wandered through the boundless tides of chaos and emerged upon the primordial void.
There is but one true name—The Primordial Ancient Serpent, the genesis of all things, the origin from which existence itself unfolds.
Primordial Ancient Snake 洪荒之原始古蛇 Author: Lujing_Village Chapter: 1672 End "The world of the Chaos Demon Gods is one of constant turmoil and strife."
For those who have delved into the Dao, and are in touch which most Chinese cultivation terms, this is a splendid treat.
meh i know this is a Chinese one but there's really nothing besides chinese culture in here that nobody will understand
A nice power fantasy. Mc is one of the first beings born so there’s not really any old and powerful immortals to watch out for.
oof yheaa... the entire basis of the story is so janky like most chinese stuff and it just doesnt make sense and kills off your braincells.... would have been a cool story without all of that
it's actually good novel 😃 plss more updates 😄
Thanks for translating this good story. So far, I'm enjoying it. Keep up the hard work. Thanks for posting the raw name as well saves so much time searching for it if i get impatient
Are you going to translate the whole novel?
this is actually good, if you're familiar with cultivation stories then you'll find this interesting. if not, then just move on.😉😉😉😉😉😉
Keep up the good work. The story is amazing, especially the myths behind it. Makes me interested in Chinese Myths. Don't listen to bashers and hopefully keep translating this story and share it to us readers😁. 5⭐

The Serpent’s Path Upon the earth, so vast and wide, A serpent coils, in death it guides. A path unseen by mortal sight, Yet whispers call in endless night. Through ancient gates of bronze so bold, Where runes of fate and time unfold, The spirits drift, no fear, no cry, To realms beyond the living sky. No blade can strike, no hands can hold, A road of shadow, dark yet old. Yet wisdom weaves its silent thread, Between the realms of life and dead. Oh, Primordial Ancient Serpent, the timeless seer, Who shaped the path, so stark, so clear. In slumber deep, his past remains, Yet echoes loud in endless chains. Not death, nor life, can break this way, A serpent’s gift, both night and day. So heed the winds, the breath of fate, For all must walk through death’s own gate.
The Tao that can be told is not the eternal Tao. The name that can be named is not the eternal name. The nameless is the beginning of heaven and earth. The named is the mother of ten thousand things. Ever desireless, one can see the mystery. Ever desiring, one can see the manifestations. These two spring from the same source but differ in name; this appears as mystery. Mystery within mystery. The gate to all wonders.

I really love this story. I have always appreciated a well written power fantasy. Also, your translation of this novel is sooooo much better than what I have found elswhere. I tried reading ahead on another site, but I just couldn't keep going, so I am back here for good.
