Pretty good so far, the MC is clever, things aren't artificially lengthened just to slow down the pace. Two little shits were quickly eliminated by the MC, much to my delight. The big strength of this story, on the other hand, is that it begins at the end of the reign of the second Hokage, which is a really, really underused time period. In my opinion, it's a much more interesting period than the Canon, with great narrative potential if properly exploited (a bit like the Warring Kingdoms period, even if it's a little less rich). I really hope that the Senju clan won't follow the path they've taken historically, and the same goes for the Uzumaki clan. The Uchiha must reign over them, over the whole world truly, with goodness and honor, and safeguard their survival - they are, after all, brother clans of the same lineage.

It was good at first, but later became bad. The earlier chapters were the best parts later on it just became world building MCA instead of becoming a car was basically just an investor and always ripping the fruits of his benefits with his future knowledge barely any fighting scenes and MC basically just became a businessman
