The Shadow Market Chronicles

The story follows Aurelia, a skilled rogue who has acquired a mysterious artifact known as the Veil, capable of revealing and altering the future. Aurelia soon learns that the Veil shows a future where she is responsible for the fall of her homeland, Lysandra. Her trusted companion, Luka, betrays her, revealing that he has been working for an unknown group that wants the Veil and promises to spare Aurelia’s life in exchange for it.



Devastated by the betrayal, Aurelia flees and seeks help from Thorne, a former thief and close ally, who directs her to Amara, a powerful and reclusive sorceress capable of controlling such relics. With enemies closing in, Aurelia journeys to the Forgotten Peaks, where she confronts Amara, seeking a way to change the dark future the Veil has shown her.



Amara reveals that altering the future is possible, but it will come at a great personal cost—Aurelia must be willing to sacrifice something dear to her. The story ends on a cliffhanger, with Aurelia facing a critical decision about how far she is willing to go to save Lysandra and herself.
