I haven’t read many system novels, but I can say that this is one of the best I’ve read so far. I’m not familiar with cultivation tropes and the terms used, but the author made sure to break it down in a way that it’s easy to understand. The novel is also set in a futuristic setting, adding a layer of complexity to the story. I highly recommend ❤️🔥

I do like myself a good system novel, and have written a couple myself, and Shen has done pretty well with this story. it's always been hard for me to follow along with Chinese or Korean names in novels, and I struggle to get attached to the characters when this happens, but this is in no way the author's fault, so I won't rate negatively for that. The world building, characters and plot are all pretty interesting, and I enjoyed reading up to the point that I did. There are a couple of cliche things here and there, but they wouldn't be cliche if they didn't work! There are just some grammatical errors, which are mostly letters missing at the end of pluralised words, no capitalisation at the beginning of a new sentence, or formatting issues like excessive paragraph spacing. There are some newbie errors like redundancy as well, which is usually seen as dialogue tags or elsewhere. Overall, though, I enjoyed reading Nexus, so make sure to give it a read!

Huh... its actually good? Only a few chapters so far, but the mc is not overly arrogant or a whitewashed hero, which is a win for me. Good plot-progression coupled with an interesting and unique world that has been built leads up to a really good story that I find myself hooked to. Please release more chapters!
