In the darkness, Sister Jane's sense of weightlessness vanished instantly, though the aftereffects still lingered strongly.
"What's going on? How is this game so intense!" Jane patted her chest, trying to calm her breathing. "I feel like I fell from 10,000 meters high—scarier than any roller coaster!"
Hearing Jane say this, the audience couldn't help but feel envious:
"You're complaining, but we can't even experience it if we wanted to!"
"Yeah, even if it's affordable, it's still amazing!"
"But seriously, the graphics in this game look so real, just like a movie!"
...
After a moment, Jane's vision finally cleared, allowing her to take in her surroundings. She found herself in a fully enclosed circular room, with walls and ceilings made of some sort of pure white metal. There was a transparent hatch at both the top and bottom of the room, with a metal ladder in the middle.
On one wall, an LCD screen displayed some information:
Main Power: Normal
Cabin Integrity: Good
Environment: Ocean of an Unknown Planet
Atmospheric Composition: Oxygen/Nitrogen
"This must be the escape pod... wow, it looks amazing, so futuristic. I feel like I've really traveled to the future now..."
"Hey, the room I'm in is shaking slightly; it must be floating on the sea!" Jane narrated her analysis.
"Stop standing there, Jane, go outside and take a look!"
"Yes, go and see!"
The audience urged her eagerly.
"Alright."
Jane climbed the ladder to the upper hatch and opened it.
Whoosh!
Bright sunlight greeted her, causing Jane to squint reflexively. Once her eyes adjusted, she was stunned by the view before her!
An endless blue ocean stretched out in every direction! At this moment, Jane was completely isolated in this vast sea, with only the escape pod beneath her providing a place to stand.
The sound of the sea lapping below reached her ears, and she even caught the distinctive salty scent of the ocean!
"Oh my goodness!!!" Jane exclaimed, holding her head in awe. The vast blue before her was dizzying, and she almost toppled into the sea! She quickly crouched down, clutching the escape pod for support.
The audience was equally amazed:
"Are you sure this is a game?!"
"It feels like Jane actually crossed into another world!"
"I feel the same way!"
"Look at the waves, the reflections on the sea, and the dazzling sun in the sky—how is this any different from the real world?!"
...
The audience was truly impressed. "Silent Hill" was set indoors and had a narrow terrain. Though realistic, it was dimly lit and not quite lifelike. But "Deep Sea Trek" was entirely different—a completely open world without borders, and incredibly bright!
The realism of this game was far more impactful than "Silent Hill," surpassing even Hollywood special effects and nearing reality itself!
"My God, I want to cry. Is this really just a game..."
Even Jane couldn't help but sigh. As she gazed at the ocean below, she clung tightly to the pod, afraid of falling.
Boom!
Suddenly, an explosion sounded behind her.
"What?"
Jane turned around quickly, once again astounded by the sight before her.
A spaceship lay across the sea, several kilometers away from her location! Or rather, it was a giant aircraft carrier!
The aircraft carrier was so massive that it occupied nearly one-third of Jane's entire field of vision. Most of it was submerged in the sea, like a colossal wall dividing the ocean!
However, the aircraft carrier was ablaze with fires, seemingly having sustained severe damage, and occasional explosions rocked it!
"Am I dreaming?" Jane couldn't help but pinch herself, her expression dazed.
The audience was equally stunned, taking a while to react:
"My God, this aircraft carrier is enormous!"
"I'd estimate its length at seven or eight hundred meters, just by looking at it!"
"This must be the crashed Aurora!"
"Is future technology really this incredible?"
...
"Wow, everyone, I'm speechless..." Jane said haltingly. "I always thought a scene like this would only appear in my dreams."
As she spoke, she continued to gaze at the distant Aurora. The scene captivated her, as well as the audience in the live broadcast room.
The crashed Aurora had a unique beauty, but more importantly, they had never witnessed such a realistic scene before! It was impossible not to want to see more.
Just as everyone was absorbed in the scenery, a clear female voice suddenly echoed in Jane's ears: "Panic mode activated."
"According to the analysis, due to unknown reasons, there was an air crash on the Aurora. The priority is to ensure the user's survival on the alien planet..."
"Who's speaking?" Jane responded quickly, looking around nervously.
"Please don't be alarmed, I'm Chang'e," the female voice replied.
"Chang'e?" Jane was even more confused. "What Chang'e?"
"Starting in the 25th century, every Dragon Country citizen receives a government-issued AI bracelet for life and work," the voice explained. "I am the AI system in the bracelet, my name is Chang'e. Did the user forget?"
"Wow, there's something like this?" Jane was amazed! (Seeking support and votes)
