Hello everyone, author here. Now that our book has officially crossed 100k views, I think it’s finally time I write a proper review. You can also treat this as a Q&A thread if you have any questions. So, let’s see where to begin: 1 – It’s going to be a long, *very long* journey (at least, I hope so), so you don’t need to worry about it ending abruptly or getting axed. 2 – The story is set in an alternate world with a completely different history and timeline after WWII, so you can expect lots of fun, surprises, and adventure. 3 – This won’t be your typical urban novel. It has its own unique worldview, characters, and plot. Unlike many other Chinese novels, we’ll be diving into the details to help you better understand the world and the story. 4 – The pacing will be... let’s say balanced, not too fast, not too slow, just right for an enjoyable read. 5 – As for our MC, Rex, well, I can’t reveal too much just yet. He’s still growing and doesn’t have a fixed personality early on. But overall, he’s smart, optimistic, determined, and has a realistic sense of justice. He’ll definitely help if he can, but he won’t go over the top or act like a saint. and sometimes he can be you can say *ahem* a bit over the top, but will have proper reason. 6 – The novel is kind of a hybrid: part regression story without cheats, and part system (cheat) novel, but with actual plot and character development. You’ll get the best of both worlds. Of course, it's not just this it's a proper story with perfect worldview and won't be limited to genres. 7 – Business will play a major role in the story, but not in a dry, info-dump style. Expect more of a “business wars” vibe, with strategies, rivalries, and growth. 8 – The entertainment industry will be another big focus, though mostly from the perspective of company ownership. As for Rex personally debuting... we’ll have to wait and see. But one thing’s for sure, he’ll be keeping a low profile in the media for a long time. (I mean, who wants to be under public scrutiny 24/7?) 9 – At this rate, I’m going to spoil everything! Anyway, there won’t be cultivators, gods, aliens, or portals to other worlds. This is an urban story and it’ll stay that way, grounded in reality (with a twist, of course). 10 – Now, about the harem tag. Honestly, it’s hard to imagine someone rich, handsome, and powerful ending up with just one girl, especially when multiple amazing girls genuinely love him. I don’t want to break their hearts or force them into someone else’s arms. Of course, everyone has their own views on this, and even as the author, I can’t control Rex’s feelings completely. Personally, I do believe in one true love, but the story might explore more than that. That said, Rex won’t be collecting girls like Pokémon. Relationships will only happen if there’s a real emotional bond, so yeah, no random one-night stands (sad noises). And once he’s in a relationship, he’s not just going to toss them aside. Each girl will have her own personality, values, and strengths, and they’ll each play a meaningful role in his life and story. 11 – Oh, and one of the most important things, many of the plotlines will be unique and inspired by real-world events. So if you come across something shocking, unusual, or seemingly unrealistic, there's a good chance something just like it actually happened somewhere in the world. This story isn’t just meant to be entertaining. I’ll be weaving in real-world issues, values, and life lessons, especially for teens and young adults, there’s more to take away than just plot twists. So, don't take the story too lightly. Well! That’s all I can think of for now. If I remember more, or if we hit another milestone, I might drop another review. I like the overall goal of the novel, it's got the classic anime I just want money and women hero which is pretty interesting and neat can't wait for more 😊
