The Author's Descent

Alex Miller has a problem: he's become the background character in his own unfinished novel. Worse, it's a dark fantasy where the bad guys are winning. Now, as Caspian Grey, the most unremarkable, insignificant nobody character, Alex faces a choice: accept his doom as weak cannon fodder or rewrite the rules of the game.



With nothing but his author's knowledge and a healthy dose of sarcasm, Caspian sets out to survive. But in a world where magic and monsters are real, even the best-laid plans can go hilariously awry.
