Can Regression go Wrong?

I enjoyed the novel. The author did a great job with the glossary and introduction. However,in the first chapter, there was a different point of view, whereas the last 2 chapters had different point perspectives. The author should, however, focus on one perspective. In terms of worldbuilding, I was confused trying to figure out the things that were going on. For the system aspect, I got lost, and the pacing was moving somewhat fast. I suggest the author should work on the pacing of the novel as well as the system sub-genre.
