In late 2022, the Global Occult Coalition (GOC dismantled the Serpent's Hand organization through Operation "Book Burner." However, a military coup soon followed, as five rogue generals seized control of the GOC commands, exiling its director and his family.



The new GOC regime expanded its control globally, suppressing resistance and targeting other organizations. By winter 2024, the GOC had consolidated its power, dividing the world into sectors, believing it to be for the betterment of the world and the elimination of racism.



Former members of the SCP Foundation, seeking revenge against the GOC, found an unexpected ally in the Chaos Insurgency. One such individual, Lee Han Min, joined the Chaos Insurgency to avenge his brother and colleagues. Will Lee succeed in his quest, or will he become the GOC's next victim?
