In a world teeming with superpowered icons and devastating secrets, William Black has always been a survivor. Abandoned as a baby and bounced between foster homes, he's grown-up fighting battles no one could see, until the day he survives one that should have killed him. When his body heals from fatal injuries without explanation, William’s life takes a sharp turn into the extraordinary.
Unbeknownst to him, his blood ties him to one of the most powerful and feared heroes the world has ever known, Immortal. But William isn’t a legacy… he’s a secret. Now, with enemies closing in and his powers awakening, he crafts a crude supersuit and steps into the world of capes and carnage, searching for answers, family, and his own identity.
In a universe where being a hero comes with a price, William must decide: will he follow in the footsteps of the father who never knew he existed… or forge a path that’s entirely his own?
Dropped at chapter 2 due to writing style that I don't like (not saying it's very bad, just not mine). Also - first chapter have a very stupid moment where doctor's from Cecil's organisation are saying 'imposible!' and are extremely surprised to see that mc regenerates. Are you serious? This world has Omniman and Immortal and you are saying 'imposible!' to a such simple power?
I have read the first 8 chapters and so far I have been completely hooked, I love the fact that his powers don't immediately put him on the same level as the immortal but give him more potential. This is definitely my favorite invincble fan fiction.
