Unforeseen Simulation Joint — Villains Arrive!

Seated at the back of the bus, just behind Momo and Uraraka, Luke eyed the vial of purified water with a smile on his face.

Then he remembered the dream he had yesterday and that smile got buried ten feet under the earth.

One of the existences plaguing his world, Conformity and Singularity, had appeared in his dream, taking Momo's form.

Despite what Mr. Fool had told him about the two, those were nothing but guesses based on Luke's own observations.

As such, he couldn't be sure which one had shown up in his dream.

An even more mystifying doubt was why Momo? Why did It take Momo's form? What was It trying to achieve?

Regardless of the purpose, though, Luke had successfully learned what he had been searching for this entire time — Quirks' clue in history!

If what Luke had inferred from Momo's explanation in his dream was true, then it meant that Quirks had always been a part of society in different forms.

However, there had been times when they had taken much worse forms as well, Luke guessed.

Like the mention of the person who had claimed a mountain and called himself god, having powers over thunder…

She was talking about Zeus if Luke wasn't wrong about it.

With this, Luke had inferred another detail, but much more terrifying — The less the number of Quirks in the world, the more powerful individual Quirks and the Quirk user.

However, Luke dared not give voice to this theory. Not yet.

He himself wasn't sure of it. Much less needed to be said about discussing it with someone else.

All he knew was that whoever the Momo from his dream was, She had paved the way for his future research into the Quirks' presence in history.

And, along with that, She had also helped him digest the Apprentice Potion.

With his thoughts circling back to the same topic again, Luke's eyes landed on the vial and the smile resurfaced.

It wasn't just that Momo had helped him out with a smile this time… It was also because he hadn't actually needed to lie to her… Not outright, at least.

There was one more reason behind Luke's refreshing smile, though.

The vial contained over 250 milliliters of purified water — well over the 80 milliliters limit for brewing a Potion!

In the past, Luke had always needed to be extremely cautious and accurate while concocting a Potion because he couldn't afford a new batch of ingredients.

However, with his experience as a full-fledged doctor, he could afford to be precise even in the cruelest of experiments.

The purified water was different, though.

Not only it was the only Inorganic Ingredient he needed to brew the Sequence 8 Clown potion, the next step of the Seer Pathway, but it was also the sole ingredient needed to brew the Trickmaster Potion from the Apprentice Pathway!!!

With this, he didn't need to worry about making Momo create another ingredient for some time. Because every time he lifted his head, he was afraid she would ask him to feed it to Nyx and see what Quirk she obtained.

Suddenly, Bakugo raged as Tsuyu pointed out he would never be famous because of his behavior.

Luke looked up and saw the children enjoying the ride, the smile on his face vanishing again.

This was already the last week of May, meaning they were going for the Rescue Mission.

At the front, Aizawa and Sand sat on different seats, their expression blank, Luke observed. One more Pro Hero would be joining them soon when they reached their destination. However, if Luke was recalling it right, then All Might would get late.

Of course, if he had wanted to, Luke could have warned All Might about it and then let him reach earlier, foiling the Villain's plan.

But that wasn't what Luke was aiming for this time.

Luke wanted to capture a Nomu — and see if it could bring out a reaction from whatever that had taken control of the other Nomu during the Jaku Incident.

For that, he would need to become Dr. Blessed.

There were chances that All Might would come at him with all he got because Dr. Blessed meant clue to All For One. It wasn't something the Symbol of Peace would let slip out of his fingers easily.

And despite Bioalchemy, Luke didn't think he was strong enough to take on All Might.

For his plan to work, All Might must come at the right time.

After a while, the bus stopped with a jerk.

"We are here," Aizawa said, getting up. "Stop messing around."

Sand stood up after Aizawa and looked at the back of the bus. When he saw Luke looking back at him, he winked.

The moment the students walked out, they found Space Hero: Thirteen standing in front of them.

Thirteen took the students inside a gigantic, dome-shaped building.

It was so big from the inside that it became impossible to take everything at one glance.

There were domes within the domed building itself. On one side, there were lake-like water bodies, with shipwrecks. On the other side, there was mountainous terrain to simulate landslides.

"Shipwreck, Landslide, Fire, Windstorm…" Thirteen said, pointing at different parts of the huge area. "I created this training facility to teach you how to deal with various accidents and disasters. I call it the —

" — Unforeseen Simulation Joint!"

As the students related the initials to Universal Studio Japan, making the corners of their mouths twitch, Aizawa approached Thirteen.

"Where's All Might?" Erasure Head asked. "He was supposed to be here by now."

"He ran out of power…" Thirteen whispered. "… Apparently, he did too much hero work on his way here."

Aizawa tsked.

"We should be alright without All Might," Sand commented, approaching them. "Or are you feeling nervous without him, Aizawa?"

Aizawa narrowed his eyes at Sand. "Don't talk to me as if we are friends…"

"Hey, guys…" Thirteen mediated, standing between the two. "… Come on. Children are watching…"

Then Thirteen approached the students and explained her Quirk — Black Hole.

She could suck up anything and turn it into dust. With that, she also mentioned how important it was to have an understanding of the dangers one's Quirk possessed, as she could also easily kill using her Quirk.

"Thanks to Aizawa and Sand's training in the last few weeks, you guys have a solid idea about your Quirks and what you are capable of without them.

"Today, you are going to learn how to save people's lives using your Quirks."

Sand closed his eyes as he saw Thirteen bowing toward students and thanking them for listening to her, making the children root for her even more.

"Alright, then…" Aizawa said, but then stopped.

A current ran through the major lights on the domed roof, short-circuiting them on the spot.

Sand's eyes shot open, and a chill ran down his spine, the brown-colored jacket and pants squirming with sand on him.

In the distance, right in the middle and in front of a fountain, a black vortex sprang up.

Luke was right about Shigaraki — because when the Villain stepped out of the Vortex, he looked like a wounded beast out for revenge.

However, Luke had misjudged how vengeful Shigaraki was and to what lengths he could go to take out his anger on someone else.

Yes, as wished, Luke saw the Nomu, created to take on All Might, coming out behind Shigaraki.

… and then another Nomu stepped out, following the earlier's shadow.
