Synopsis

What if the greatest mystery behind Quirks isn’t their beginning—but their end?

Raised in a secret underground lab, experimented upon, and robbed of a childhood, Luke’s gift isn’t flashy strength. It is Bioalchemy — a Quirk that bestows Quirks… but only by unraveling the laws of biology.

Eight years after the Final War, as a price of his freedom, he is forced into a Quirk Marriage with Momo Yaoyorozu—the one person who would see him as more than just a tool for others’ ambitions.

But before their child—the perfect fusion of creation and life—is born, a betrayal steals their future.

Fire. Screams. Ashes.

And then—nothing.

In death, Luke awakens in the Gray Castle seated before an incomprehensible entity—Mr. Fool.

“A price is exacted for what fate bestows,” Mr. Fool says, offering resurrection — on one condition — Luke will become His Blessed and must spread His faith.

Eleven years in the past, a young Luke finds himself facing a notification—

[Congratulations! Welcome to the Lord of Mysteries System! You have unlocked Sequence 9: Seer, Marauder, Apprentice.]

With knowledge from his previous life and his new powers, Luke will defy fate and reshape the future, uncovering mysteries beyond Quirks — Conformity? Singularity? A war that has ruled this world since the dawn of Quirks and beyond?

With a foul-mouthed raven, named Nyx, and his memories as companions, Luke must spread Mr. Fool’s faith, while uncovering the dark secrets related to his and his family’s death.

In a world swaying on the edge of something far greater than Heroes and Villains, Luke must walk the line between science and divinity, justice and madness. Because this time—

— he alone will decide how the story ends.

*******************

Note: Luke is not a villain. However, as the story progresses, he ends up becoming a gray character with questionable actions in the eyes of Heroes, Villains, and himself

Let me tell you the kind of story I like: — No harem. — Romance is fine—as long as it serves the plot. — The MC doesn’t need to be a genius, but should have common sense. — No sacrificing power just to simp over love interests. — I need foreshadowing. It tells me the author knows what they’re doing and gives me confidence my time won’t be wasted. — Mindless actions, especially pointless killings, turn me off—no matter how dark the MC is. — Side characters shouldn’t be geniuses, but they must feel alive—not just props. — If the MC is smart, it shouldn’t come at the cost of others looking dumb. — I love good comedic relief—thank Lord Fifth for that addiction. — Goals matter. They should be driven by logic and emotion, always present, even during detours. — I hate nerfs—unless the MC gains something better in return. If not, and it turns into endless slugfests, I drop the novel. — I appreciate clear milestones that give me a sense of progress. They don’t need to be big, just meaningful. — What makes me a fan? When a casual remark from early on returns chapters later as something pivotal. That’s great planning. — I love mystery, but only if backed by solid action, drama, and a well-structured power system. I lose interest if it feels improvised chapter to chapter. — Lastly, I need emotional growth. If the MC isn’t evolving as a person while growing stronger, I’m out. That’s the kind of story I enjoy—and how I’ve come to enjoy writing mine.
