Quality - Good enough writing, at least better than me I could say, nothing impressing nothing too bad. Stability - Early to say but if the author writes and updates like he or she is right now, the story will reach hundreds of chapter in less than one month. Development. Too early to say about it too but from what I can see, it will be a slow-burn and have battles that similar to succesion arc of the series.
