Synopsis

This novel is heavily based on the geometry and the creation of geometric shapes.

Every shape reflects a different spell.

For example, the circle represents fire, while the square represents earth.

But there are countless elements beyond the basic ones, countless regular and irregular shapes, and many other things.

Geometric shapes of various types on the two-dimensional plane, the appearance and evolution of concepts on the three-dimensional plane, prisms, antiprisms, Archimedean solids.

But don't worry, it won't be too complicated. They are just shapes, after all.

Furthermore, the best things are the four-dimensional shapes!!

---

“Hey monster, you're not ready for this blow, but I don't give a shit!!” said Lian as he drew a giant circle in his mind.

Then, a few istant later, a fireball as big as a house hit a monster just over 4 meters tall...

It was a waste of resources, but it was damn fun!

“BOOM!!!” he said as the fireball reached the monster, covering it entirely.

The excitement on his face was palpable as his clothes and hair fluttered from the power generated by the impact.

[Accuracy: 97%]

“Tsk, it's really hard to achieve 100% accuracy when casting spells... that just means I have to do better!”

Meanwhile, the monster and the entire area around him was destroyed. The crater was huge, flames burned the ground, and ash mixed with dust covered the air.

---

In a world full of Gates, Mages and Knights work together to defend humanity from extinction

Lian, a boy from a small town, awakens a very... unique system.

Casting spells by drawing strange shapes in his mind had become normal for him by now.

Thanks to the system, he had become a Mage, a human capable of using mana to cast spells.

Facing monsters from the Gates had become routine. Studying magic was a pastime. After all, he had the System, he didn't need to study classical magic. Or maybe not...

It's me, the author! This is my second webnovel. Why i've stopped to publish the first one? Just because it was my first attempt at writing. The novel evolved quickly, I felt like I had lost control... in fact, this one will flow at a much slower pace. As you can imagine, the story is about a boy who unlocks a system and is forced into situations that have nothing to do with him. The system is very interesting; it is based on the creation of geometric shapes, each shape being a specific element, with various future combinations. Now, let's move on to the questions you may have. Q: Is the MC OP? A: No, at least not at the beginning. His power will scale enormously over time, but so will his enemies. In particular, opponents with unique talents will keep him at bay... Q: Romance? A: Yes, there will be romance. There won't be just one girl; we can call it a harem, but the story won't focus on acquiring unique beauties; it just happens. Q: What is the worldbuilding like? A: There will be Mages, Knights, but also other things. A mixed path is obvious, as are unknown paths based on other things. The world is full of incredible characters, but I will only focus on the main ones. Every character I introduce will be of some importance, not just random filler. If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to ask! Comments and suggestions are welcome.

all caught up! your story is fantastic so far (ch.36) keep up the good work! a couple of small problems so far(nothing big, makes sense story wise) but the MC is a bit dumb right now, he's realistically getting better, but still... Also, when he's thinking about good looking women it's always "she's beautiful" with an occasional "so pretty" maybe try clarifying what he thinks is beautiful? you don't have to go full Chinese novel "skin like jade, melon face, cherry lips... ect" with every girl just elaborate a little bit what, in that moment, catches the MC's eyes the most for example "her black hair swayed with the wind, outlining her beautiful/otherworldly/pretty/stunning face" (there's other ways of saying pretty, id recommend looking up words with a thesaurus, it helped me throughout English classes) lastly, slightly say less about what a character is like, show it more in interactions, the only character with that issue so far is the recent water mage everyone else is fantastic other than those small complaints, everything else is pretty much perfect so far. World building is intriguing, characters fit their stations/views (no super arrogant young master at the equivalent of level 3 in an rpg), power system is very well thought of with tons of wiggle room (don't know how author will handle the eventual power creep, he's almost bronze 2 after a couple days and the new FL is still far away from bronze 2 despite being there for months, as is the first FL) overall, id say that the story is at about an 8/10, fantastic, but with room for improvement. Considering that this is only the author's second book, I'm very much happy to stick with it into the future keep up the good work
