DC: Super Soldier
Slade Wilson, otherwise known as Deathstroke the Terminator, is a super soldier and a phenomenon that hadn't happened ever since he was first injected with the serum that gave him powers:
Until Lucien Robinson came onto the scene.
A talented, hard-working Soldier that showed excellent skill in combat, being a man who could turn the tides of a mission with nothing but a pistol. His expertise was so high, and his age so relatively low, that the government re-opened up the Super Soldier program, with the sole participant being Lucien, they did everything they could to turn him into the ultimate asset for the US.
But things went wrong. The serum worked...but maybe a little too much. He was given quantities that far surpassed the amount of serum Slade was given, and yet he survived. But his mind? It was a bit messed up afterwards due to the chemical re-working it had undergone. So they had no choice but to lock Lucien away.
But, there's a time when even maniacs are needed, isn't there?
(A/N - Starts off with Suicide Squad and then I'm gonna let the MC loose on the whole of the DC world. So, the first bit is Movie-related, but every past that? Comic-related.)

a story is very good the protagonist and very well used the way he thinks and the distorted mentality is amazingly well portrayed now the part that really matters I think his personality really matches Harley quinn’s more like the story isn’t harem and it’s already turned into a green hat for the joker I’m from the team enchantress

Keep at it it was really amazing I in enjoyed it a lot so please make the next chapter and do make sure you add dead shot and harley quinn its not suicide squad with out them.
