The quiet city of Vlei is filled with terror when its people are murdered one by one every few days. Nobody knows who the culprit is. No clues found, no leads yet. The MO of each death is different. Enter Melanie Parker. She is an orphan who has been taken in by her aunt and her family only because her parents have left her the Parker Empire before their mysterious death. When the innocent girl stumbles upon a gruesome secret, it changes her completely. Now she is out for revenge and she does not stop until she has destroyed all the people who have wronged her.
On her way, she meets Adrian Cyrus King. At first, there is enmity between the two and they cannot stand each other. They bicker and fight whenever they meet. But, Adrian has a change of heart when Melanie once saves him from his enemies.

What can I say, nice title and your cover page portrays that well. Good synopsis, tell you what you need to grasp the novel. Nice writing quality, love the flow of your narration and dialogue, little or no typo error. No grammatical error as well. From the few chapters I have read, I can say your world background description is good. I am already itching to give a solid 5 starts, no doubt author knows what she is doing. You also have a way of keeping your readers in the story and wanting to read more especially with little suspense at the end of the chapter. This is a highly recommended, for those who love murder and mystery. Added to my library, author kept it up.

The plot is very intriguing. The whole novel gave off an eerie feeling but reading it made me sit on the edge of my seat. I'm very curious on how Melanie plans to take revenge or would she join hands with the Ml. I really liked how you used the words in the story and being a valid reader of the author's previous work, I really look forward to the future chapters. I'm sure this would be a very interesting story.
The cover and title itself gave me an eerie feeling and reading it made me understand why I felt that lol. The story is growing smoothly and the suspense is building. I like Melanie already, such a beautiful soul. And that intro slap.... Just wow... 😆 The best way to introduce the ml. The revenge plot is interesting.. I would love to read it more.
I read this up to chapter 12. Oh wow! I was hooked from the very first chapter! The story has just started, but at this point, I was intrigued to know what happened and what will happen. The writing was nice and I love the author's writing style. It was easy to read. What I love most is the dialogue. It felt very natural and I especially love the interaction between Adrian and Steve. I have a good feeling that this will be a good thriller romance. Keeping this in my library. Good luck, author!
Love the first chapter. The eerie and suspenseful feel this book gave me was unlike most cheesy horror movies or drama. In this one, you feel both sorry for the woman and are a little creeped out by her. Of course, the setting was not only well established, but was described briefly but effectively.
Wow... The synopsis gave a suspense vibe and I'm looking forward to read next chapters. A good and unique story. The plot is very captivating and the writing quality is also good with detailed description. The story development is also good. Not too fast nor not too slow. Keep up the good work author. Oh I smelled a mystery novel? The writings for this are quite well done and made me excited to know what's next, like how a good mystery novel should be. Though I find some scene jumped to the next quite fast, but other scenes are explained in great details as well. Overall, a solid piece of mystery (with elements of romance) novel :)

This story is seriously so interesting. I love the characters and the plotline. The writing style is also pretty amazing. Hoping for more chapters soon :)

I'm going to be honest here, after reading the first chapter, it didn't actually hook me up! I didn't think that the story was going to be interesting, but after continuing to the last chapter, I realized that I was wrong, it's surprisingly enjoyable! Great job author. I like to suggest that you start editing/reviewing your novel, your writing is perfect, but there are some parts that could be written differently. Thank you for this great novel!
Wow Suspense novel! 🤩🤩 Author has done a very good job on the first chapter. It was gripping enough to hook the readers. Synopsis is also intriguing and well written. I must say your descriptions and emotions are really well portrayed. I know because I have difficulty in writing good descriptions 😅 Writing quality is also good. It doesn't break the flow.
