Shameless author review! As expected, I'm giving myself 5 stars, because I can. This is a fun story about a young man thrown into the life of Gilderoy Lockhart at the start of the Chamber of Secrets. New Gil is given a powerful ability to help him pass the trials he's sure to be forced in, but the power isn't a guaranteed win. Hope you're ready for some light-hearted anti-hero fun.

aye another one by this author.. has amazing story writing ability. but will always drop when the story is looking amazing. honestly quite upsetting looking as your favourite fanfic goes from not being updated from a week to a month to a year lol

Highlights of this fanfic are Character interactions & Mc's cheat. (Hope author doesn't make Mc's cheat too OP. Would be good if there was a restriction on total number of different cards Mc can mirage with himself. Like Maximum 3 Orange cards & 10 purple cards. Something like this). From what I observed from reading author's previous books, Author's strength lies in writing Character interactions. Even here, they are very good (most likely will reach 'Excellent' level with Teacher-student interactions) Plot premise is very good. Plot progression is good. Mc's characterization is very good. Hope author completes this fanfic.

Please continue this story! it is a very enjoyable read, I particularly enjoy the fact that it's blows your expectations away! to be perfectly honest I thought it would be bad but I was sorely mistaken. this is a fantastic story! good work and keep it up!

the story is amazing mc uses his skill in a smart way and for the greater good.. one more thing author will you continue your other story or is it dropped..

I really love this so far, very good writen and i hope for more chapters and that you please dont drop thie book , read 2 other gilroy fanfictions before that was not as good as this one seems to be keep up the goos work 5 out of 5

ive read your storys and ive come to the conclusion that your top tier at writing character interactions. when lockheart and minerva speak. it feels like a real conversations. the hp cast dont feel out of character at all. when most fanfic writers do characters talking to each other they feel stiff. you have lockhart casualy show off. and characters react in a normal way instead of overpraising the mc. all in all im very fond of your writing. i do hope you continue this story because ive fallen in love with it.
