I loved this book. Short but sweet. The author did a great job with character development and twisting plots. I wished it was longer because I wanted more!!

So far, this book is pretty good. The characters are engaging. Id suggest the Author use italics for thoughts and not quotation marks. Usually quotations denote speech. Otherwise I getting pulled into the story. Oh, and more character description would be good. The scenery is described very well, but the people aren't.

Wow! I really love the setting from the very beginning. I'm a big fan of rival kingdoms and conflicts between them. Already one chapter in and I'm hooked. Your writing style is very vivid, yet easy to follow along. Really excited to keep reading!

The tone and setting are well established early on. We know this is fantasy, and we know it’s a medieval type of setting, with princesses and kingdoms and arranged marriages - oh my! It’s fun to have mate-bonded characters who try to refuse their fate at first, and that’s what happens here. There’s a scene that makes me think the whole idea was inspired as a retelling of Goldilocks :) anyways, lot of fun to be had here!

Such a great book! A great change from all of the wolf shifter books everyone seems to be reading these days. The characters were great, and the plot was really interesting! Loved it!
