I dropped this story two chapters in, so it’s pretty obvious how I feel about it. It’s pretty rare that I drop so early, but it was just so bad. Of course, this review should be taken with a grain of salt since I’ve read so little of it. The MC is a transmigrator named Chu Mi whose soul gets transferred into the secondary character of a comic named Elena. She wakes up in a hospital and immediately calls Elena’s mother and literally starts crying because she misses her even though she just got transported into this comic. Just what? I guess maybe she fully integrated with the character, but it came off as very over the too. My biggest problem is that the author just does not know how logic works. The MC’s new body has been in a coma for a half year. She starts doing rehabilitation exercises not long after she wakes up and starts feeling a change on her muscles a few minutes in, which just… no, especially since MC was a doctor. When the ML comes in, it’s even more obvious that the author did not think things through. He sees her doing rehab exercises and her determined eyes catch his attention because he thinks her behavior was strange. But why? Why would he think it’s strange that a patient is determined to recover? The author makes it obvious that this is his first time meeting her, so it’s not like he’s alarmed that she’s acting differently since he doesn’t know her at all. The ML’s assistant tells him who she is, then the ML recalls that FL’s family company is hosting a banquet that night and thinks it’s strange that the family left FL there. He comes to the conclusion that they must be hiding some scandalous secrets. I was like, what on earth?! She just woke up from a coma and her muscles have atrophied. There’s no way she’s in the condition to leave and the family probably doesn’t even know she’s woken up! I think the author was trying to paint him as a genius that can figure out things with just a glance but just failed miserably due to the lack of basic logic. Also, what little dialogue I read was just cringy and unnatural. All in all, I feel like I lost brain cells reading just two chapters and I would not recommend it.

Another bullet point novel with English names. I read the first 3 chapters in a minute. This is getting too common in Webnovel. Like others mentioned trial reads on Friday used to be fun.

Not sure how i feel about this novel the synopsis had promise. Then 2 chapters into the book I find that the characters all have english names when they’re clearly written in chinese in the synopsis, a fact I find annoying and distracting. I really wish Webnovel would stop doing this. For me it takes away from the foreign, new, and fresh feeling these translations gives me. Plus they aren’t always good at giving they’re characters names the last one I only managed to read partially was giving strong male characters extremely feminine names. once is understandable and can sometimes be ignored for side characters, but the problem was it was multiple characters. Frankly it has me to leery to continue reading this novel further.

i was having quite high of an expectations when I read the synopsis compared to what I read. but first let me clarify that I have only read the first 2 to 3 chapters so if you guys like it then please ignore this review

This review is based on 40 chapters. The relationship between the leads progresses fast, which is nice compared to these other stories that drag on for chapters. I'm curious to find out exactly what happened to FL's mother.

This book is wrong in so many ways. first the Characters suck and the translation also kinda suck. The story doesn’t make any sense like how can the ML know that the FLs personality has changes if he has never met her before??

What's with the whole name changing stuff...if ur gonna do tat pls have the same name everywhere what's with the mix of English n Chinese name🙄

love reading this book it's very fun and interesting fav time pass and the way ken is teasing the female lead Elena I love reading that please do write more about them their romance
