Spider-Man: Absolute Godspeed

Breath of fresh air in the weary genre of fanfic. I'm usually very critical but I genuinely can't find a single flaw, the only reason you'd dislike this is simply if it isn't your style, because writing-wise, it's absolutely flawless. The MC is so beautifully written, he isn't some perfect being who does no wrong, he can actually FAIL. The dynamic of balancing his hero life and civilian life is soooooooooooo interesting! Everything in this is interesting! This isn't some random, power fantasy, self-insert fanfic with awful grammar that you'll find everywhere else on this site, this is an honest to God properly edited STORY. There is so much love and effort put into this story that rather than feeling like a fanfic, the level of quality feels like something you might straight up find in official comics! 10/10 would recommend, this story is liquid gold. It's barely even a fanfic and more like an original story with how separate and unique it is from known storylines. I don't like giving 5/5's so I'm trying to think of some reason to mark it down in some regard, but I genuinely can't. I'd even go on to say that this has ruined my experience with other fics (especially Marvel stories) because I just can't find anything of this quality and it hurts, everything seems so dull and stale now. Hello, Deadpool here! The author has done it again, creating a great Spider-Man story. There is one difference though, this time, the story is TEN TIMES better. You can tell that the author is more experienced in writing this time and actually took the advice (the good advice at least) from people who commented and reviewed the last version. The only part that kinda sucks is that I've been reduced to nothing more than a cameo rather than an actual character in the story as of now... Anywho, he gets five stars from me.

Love the story. Lot of interesting plot twists. Especially the one about MC's heritage. Keep up the good work! 😁 The start was a bit meh but author's writing visibly improved as time went on. Can't wait for the next chapter.

One of, if not, the best written fan-fic I've ever read on this platform. Incredibly well written, with a perfect ending. Probably the only novel that almost made me cry. This NEEDS to get an official comic version, MARVEL where are you? Keep up the great work author-san, I'm waiting to read more stuff from you!

I don’t really do reviews but since it’s another black guy I’ll bite. I actually find it interesting, especially with the powers but I’m going to have to stop here. I just don’t find the characters that appealing. What it boils down to it’s just not my cup of tea. Eren is very complex but I personally find him boring. It’s noting against you but if I don’t care for the mc or any other character I read I’ll drop the series just like I did Darling in the Franx and AOT( mainly for I didn’t like Eren). I have to get emotionally attached to at least one character for me to enjoy it. I feel like he would start off like Nior while gradually turning more like 616 Spider-man. So from what I’ve read, this can be a great story but not the type I’m looking for right now.

It's very good. A unique spin on Spider-Man that we don't get to see very often.
