MHA: resurrection of evil

The joker is one of the most evil villains in fiction and has come back multiple times wether in the comics,shows or movies but soon the universe could not handle his chaos and in one last attempt at the end of his life he succeeded in making the Batman break his code his age making him rusty as he finally died a demon such as him just couldn't be erased so he was thrown in a much weaker world but the gods believe this will make sure he could not succeed after all who would be a replacement for the caped crusader but like his past there's multiple choice
