Who doesn't like a great vengeance story? The author did a great job at portraying the world. The ancient Gu dynasty, the power struggles and of course the politics. The author is extremely attentive to detail and world-building creating a rich and immersive setting. Overall, a great read, do give it a try.

The story is pretty good, and a fun concept to explore. The writing quality could be a lot better, but if you can look past that the story itself is quite good. The trick will be how well the author pulls off the different plots that were set up in the opening chapters.

The first chapter is intriguing enough to want to find out more. Overall i love the story. As you requested for, there are a few punctuation errors but nothing too great to worry about. An editor can fix that for you. I love the story and i hope you do continue it!
From one chapter it is difficult to make an opinion about what will happen next. While a lot of questions and some answers descriptions. It would not be bad for the author's preface in such a situation. Will there be battles in this book? If yes, then you can add them.
