I kind of like this novel, so I decided to translate it. Moreover, I also gain some experience while doing this, so it's a win-win situation for me. If you ever read the MTL version of this, you probably notice that there's a large difference between some scenes. I'm rewriting it to make it clearer while also gaining some experience. This one is a fun one. Seeing a more human side of kaido is quite nice. The story flows well in terms of tempo, and the quality is on point when it comes to spelling and phrasing.

For those who are wondering what the real rating is, I would give it 3.5 stars, it's a MTL Chinese novel, so there are a lot of clichés like courting death and the translation is good enough, what I didn't like about the novel was the fact that protagonist gets strong very quickly, taking a timeskip, it also takes a long time to form a crew, the author doesn't seem to have the creativity to invent an adventure on an unknown island that doesn't appear in One Piece or explore what we don't already know. Anyway, this novel got saturated quite quickly, I still like it enough to keep reading, but it definitely could have been handled in a different way. Still, I recommend everyone read it.

I enjoy this for quite a while, but it was ruined when both MC and Kaido upgraded their Mythical Zoan DFs and became too broken for One Piece verse. The upgrade cost is also so cheap, when he could easily gain those source points. The translation is great and the updates are fast.

I really like this story. Even though I hate the idea of having a petreon I will forget it. I have a question, did you read all of it then start translating it or you read it as you translate it ?

there are a couple a places where things seem to be exaggerated, and the whole story has way to many moments of "heaven and earth" type speech. but other than that this story is VERY enjoyable. especially because even though it's reincarnation, you don't have to worry about wasting 30-40 chapters worth of time about a baby learning to walk, or a child learning how to punch. it just gets right into the growth phase and focuses on how the MC and Kaido grow in strength and then create a powerful pirate group. plus the system ends up having very minimal influence compared to most other stories. overall actually worth the read.
