My 100 Lives

After he gets married and his wife becomes pregnant, he is run over by a truck while trying to save a little girl. When he reopens his eyes, he discovers that he has been reborn in a different body. Deciding to make the most of the opportunity he has been given, he lives this new life to the fullest. However, he is reborn again and again, until he encounters a so-called god who tells him that he must live 100 lives to fulfil the purpose he has been given.
