4038: After The War

After the war in the year 3750, what was left of most countries was barely a handful of people hence continents were reduce to single countries. Governments crumbled and leadership was based on wealth, but as the war persist the African governments could no longer afford weapons for war, in a desperate attempt to keep fighting, a law was past out, a law declaring that no citizen no matter how rich has the right to possess a gun and all guns should be submitted to the newly created government known as H.O.P.E (Head,Organisers,Personnels and Executives). Failure to comply meant death, and so this law left people feeling defenseless.

Almost a year later, swords, crossbows, knives and daggers became an essential tool for anyone wanting to survive as population grew and crime rate increased.

Two new order of law enforcers were introduced one referred to as Agents, the other was called enforcers. The Enforcers were the most feared, they were hardly ever seen unless a case needed special attention and they had access to guns.

In the African plane 5 colony stood, district 1 to 5, which were north, east, central, west and south Africa (Although they were no longer known by this names). This story takes place in district 4.......
