A Godfather's Gambit

After Ron abandons them, Harry and Hermione are left to pick up the pieces and keep going. Just when things are at their lowest, Harry finds out Sirius left him a fallback plan: a place to go when everything falls apart. They take the chance and leave. What they find isn’t a miracle or a fix-all, but it’s enough to shift the odds. Maybe even enough to end this war, for good. Harry/Multi.
