It all commences with a girl named Harley Hunter and her twin friends, Roxanne and Preston Hack; she finds friends along the way, Dylan Drift, Quinn Symth, and Mie Sazuki. This is Harley and her friend's account, the world's untold inception. The few kids that survived to crumble out of the control of a personal establishment ciphered the L.O.P.
