The main point of a sect is a theosophy not in conflict with the established state. A Sect can drain workers from other fiefs which is bad for nearby fiefs but excellent for a monarch who wants a centralized yet religiosity dependent. The sect must be religious but without the desire or ambition for enlargement subservient to the monarch.
