Chapter 101 Review: Pretty solid novel. Pretty much a standard extraction power fantasy novel with a lot of potential. The only issue I've encountered so far is that the author tends to write phrases like "and by the way" or "just so you know" every now and then when addressing the reader and it breaks the immersion. It's not bad enough to make me drop the novel, just makes it slightly more annoying.

So far its been a nice read. MC isnt stupid and is doing things the smart way. I do wish he would utilize resources more like Alices dad could help make a guild etc I mean guess he is going more for personal power until he meets the people he was with in past life. I dont know how leveling in game relates to real level in life but if it does then he should be helping all those people who stuck by him to level up faster etc.. The romance does need some work author since it feels too rushed and quick so maybe a little bit of work on that

After reading the entire story, I can say I'm disappointed. I don't know if I expected much. I found the novel a week ago and was hooked. I found it very interesting at first, and the reading was quick and fluid. But as I progressed through the story, there were many things I started to dislike. While the writing and narrative are good, I think it could be improved. So, I don't know if the author will read this, but if he does, I hope he takes this into account for his next novels, because he really has talent. 1. An uncomfortable sexualization of the female characters - While it's clear to me that this is a novel written by a man, even men can write good female characters, which isn't the case here. The female characters only exist for the enjoyment and pleasure of the protagonist. The relationship with Alice begins because they had sex; it's that simple and without any development. The initial "romantic" relationship is very superficial (leaving aside the implausibility of a girl being willing to give her first time to a guy she just met). After that, she becomes addicted to doing it with the protagonist (?) and becomes his sex toy (such a vision almost seems like hentai xD). After Alice, the subsequent harem addictions are very... xD? A mother and daughter with the SAME man (something that's a little repulsive, but hey, the author's fetishes, I guess). It's understandable that the protagonist needed more girls for his "sexual urges" and that Alice was an "understandable girlfriend," so at least this was understandable. But the last two girls do nothing; they literally contribute nothing to the story. Aurelia didn't even need to be part of the harem (there's no need for every girl who appears to become part of the protagonist's harem. Can't a man have female friends? Thinking that all women have to be in the protagonist's bed isn't brilliant, it's just a very immature cliché). And Arcelia didn't even live properly with the protagonist; she only woke up towards the final chapters, and since she had nowhere else to go, she stayed in the fox village, where, after she'd become friends with the others, they brought her to the real world. Something like, "I'm homeless, and I've been invited to live in this house where a man and four other girls are married. It's a little awkward being the only one not in a relationship with him, so I'll become his fifth wife." Having a female character's sole purpose be to kill the protagonist is kind of silly. 2. Wasted Characters - Throughout the story, several characters appeared who ultimately did nothing or had a very subpar ending... For example, Ravenna, whose character introduction (that she hated anyone who touched her crows) foreshadowed a confrontation with the protagonist (for having destroyed them), only for her to do nothing in the end. Seriously? Being the leader of a guild, with the ability to investigate the protagonist or cause him trouble, she does nothing. A total filler character. Others would be the characters who appeared during the trials of the dragon lineage: Astariel, Lira, Raven, and Clovox. They were set up as interesting characters only for them to never appear again. When they could have added a twist to the plot, I don't know, making some of them the chosen one of some God, making the protagonist encounter them during the wars he fought or after them, but to no avail. Why create a character who won't contribute anything to the plot? It's just wasting lines. 3. Poor Scene Management - While the overall pacing of the show was pretty good, there were some parts that honestly felt unnecessary or tedious. (And no, I'm not talking about the sex scenes, although those didn't add much to the show either. Seeing as they disappeared at the end, I think they were a way to draw viewers into the story during the first few chapters.) Just to mention, the Demon of Hatred arc was too long. It's not about saying "don't read it if you don't want to," but about keeping the story flowing and entertaining. Why write something you know your audience will get bored of reading? Just to create filler or meet a chapter quota? (That particular arc had 3 or 4 chapters. Fewer would have been perfect.) On the contrary, the first fight of the "chosen games" felt very "flat." Given the plot (that those fights were supposed to be the climax of the story), it would have been a good time to delve deeper into the gods and introduce their chosen ones (to us as the reading public), which would have given depth to the characters and the development they were trying to sell, but in the end it was like, "These characters are going to die, so there's no point in talking about them. Just confirm it by knowing they exist and are already dead." Their death didn't provoke sadness or emotion in me. They simply passed unnoticed. And so you're really trying to sell me on the idea that those ghost characters were the strongest in your created universe? I don't know, but it doesn't convince me... 4. A world that wasn't fully developed - At the beginning of the novel, the world it presented seemed interesting to me. A game that became a reality raised the idea of a powerful being or beings who created it, and that raises questions that need to be answered. At the end, answers are given, and an attempt is made to explain how that universe works. I say an attempt because it's not achieved. The story itself suggests that the game exists because someone created it, but that everything else came from nothing, right? So it pretty much leaves you hanging. Who created the creators? Why are they different from other beings in that universe? Who manages that universe? Is it good or bad? I think leaving the creators as the creators of everything would have been a better development. At least it would have had a clear conclusion. 5. Unsatisfactory Conclusions - I don't know if it was because the author forgot, but there are plot points in the story that simply disappeared. Alice's father and Aurelia's father never reappeared. Nor is it said what became of them. Their daughters became part of a harem, and to avoid problems, we imagine they took it well, because of course any father who adores his daughter wants her to be part of a harem. It's not said what happened to Arceus; the fact that he was the protagonist's teacher apparently wasn't enough to warrant a few lines at the end of the story. In the epilogue, Alex preferred to see Aiden, a guy he barely interacted with in the story, than the man who was his magic teacher. Alex's interactions with Alphox at the end seemed very cold to me for two characters who are supposed to be friends. Alex still loves him, but the dragon is very harsh with him. It seems like being the protagonist's pet is the dark story of his life, and now he doesn't want to talk about it, much less see him (A little ungrateful, the dragon? :v) With Astolf (curiously, the one who had the worst start with the protagonist), things were better. The skeleton seems to love him, but even so, the fact that Alex hasn't gone to see his supposed friend for 10 years (I would really wonder if a "friend" like that even cares about me). One thing I also didn't like very much (but that's personal xD) was the death of Caelius. Letting a character who didn't want to die and who did so trusting the protagonist leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I know that in some way it was necessary for him to die so that the protagonist could get all his hatred out, but I also think that in the end they didn't have to leave him dead. The creators had the power to rewind a person's time even after they died, and it was also one of them who gave Alex the ability to come back to life when his "soul was destroyed," so I think they could have revived him. If the protagonist regretted his death so much (which honestly doesn't seem like it), when he rejected the creators' proposal to become one of them, he could have asked instead for his friend to be resurrected. It would have been nice to see someone who had no hope of surviving survive, but oh well... Ultimately, Alex's abandonment of the game is a bit bittersweet given that almost the entire story takes place there, but oh well, it's not that it was bad. So while the final conclusions weren't bad, I feel like they could have been better. After all, for me, the conclusion of a story is the most important thing; it doesn't matter how good your story is if its conclusion is mediocre. Can I really say after reading it that this was a good investment of my time/money? I think every author's goal should be to get their readers to say yes. Best regards.

The mc and Alice are both idiots. Alice is deadweight for the most part. The mc makes idiotic choices and doesn’t utilize his abilities to full extent. Author basically nerfs mc he want Alice to do something…
