I have read 5 chapters of the 10 chapters published. The story is developing well. Stability is good as already 10 chapters have been published. Character design is good. The characters, at the moment only 3 have been introduced. Pace is good. World background is good too.
Writing quality is good.

Really like the direction the MC powers are developing towards its got its own originality. the writing style has no major flaws and the story leaves me in anticipation of what's next.

I like it.
The introduction was done well and it's amazing how the story takes a first-person narration style. Those are difficult to do well and yours is pretty good.
My suggestion to you would be to pace the narration a bit, along with the abrupt way of speaking of the goblins the narration is a good fit.
But I feel the sweet spot is somewhere a little slower. 
Another thing to avoid is multiple repeats, short and repetitive thoughts fit well with the goblin theme but when it is overdone, it's not good. One example would be when you wrote - I watched as they let blood out, I watched as they butchered, I watched as they cook food. That's a lot of repetition along with the other I watch/did in the paragraph. A bit more coherent setup would be nice.
That's what I feel, but this is your story. You can tell it however you like.
Apart from that, I think everything else is very well done.

Hmm... This is a good story. The idea of goblins is fresh and interesting. I'm amazed at how you make the characters really ’goblin like’ with that unique way of conversation.

This is a really good story so far, one of my favorite mangas is called Re: Monster, Its about a guy that gets reincarnated as a goblin and gradually becomes stronger. It's very similar to it and I really like the premises so far, definitely going in my library

I really love the plot of the story because i'm big fan of Re:Monster and 'Kumo desuga nani ka?' they have the same vibes but your pacing where different.  I really love the first person point of view of the story its really good this is really worth to read and to wait.  Don't mind the grammatical error since some of them was unnoticeable but as we always say there is a room for improvement.

Grammar has minimal errors actually, seeing as some of it is for characterization. Prose and dialogue is decent, as well as the story and pacing. 

Over all, it's something I'd recommend to those that're fans of the genre 👍

The way the author writes the book was uncommon. Well, I rarely see a character that give his thought on first person. Overall, the character is nice and I like the story telling.

Reincarnation in the Goblin without the System is nice, it's a good fantasy. the sharp dynamics of action scenes is great. The power of mystique combined with the memories of assassin intrigues. I hate a moment of hinting at omnipotence, but an ordinary hero will long reach a great destination. Intrigue and manipulation add interest to the story of an unusual muscle assassin.
