Super excited to see someone pick up the translations again! I hope to see more chapters out, MTL is never my thing. Keep up the good work author!

In my opinion this is one of the best Naruto fanfics. The MC is a teacher at the ninja academy and gets stronger through the system through effective teaching as well as by accepting disciples and teaching them. The MC does not get overpowered quickly but slowly develops. Importance is given to the side characters and their thoughts and developments is nicely shown. Even though MC seems like he teaches for system rewards but he does genuinely care for his students going out of his by teaching according to the students levels and also keeping their psychology in mind. MC is truly a great teacher and so far I have not seen any signs of romance. For these reasons i truly recommend this novel for those who want a story with proper character development with a smart MC who is strong and kind.

I really like this mc, not where mc who suddenly becomes op who can defeat their opponent in one moves, the story also describe how his strength growth through the fights and this is one of the most normal growth mc compared to the other ff which basically the system rewards give something that can make him abnormally op. The interaction between the students is really cute when he starting to become like brother even though he's their sensei. I hope to see more of this as I can't read the mtl version 😔

The story is well paced but sometimes gets a bit repetitive. However despite some repetitiveness, the story is is quite enjoyable and shows promise in the upcoming chapter. Hope the auther keeps the consistency

after 295 chapters this story has made 0 progress so that's 1 star on the story development bar. This story is good in every other category except the main freaking one. This story has no goal and no plot. This is litteraly just "I'm a teacher in Naruto". That is litteraly it. Nothing else.Fight? Nope. War? Nope. Super evil plan? Nope.Any plan at all? Great start, becomes mediocre as the story progresses. It has some really nice moments at the beginning, but the later chapters are extremely repetitive, training diary.
