The title has nothing to do with what’s actually written. The story starts off pretty generic but is well developed and the characters are reasonable, for awhile. Around chapter 120 the mc starts acting completely different. There’s no real explanation for it. It almost feels like a new author took over or something. It’s just weird. My advice is to skip it.
The title is a clickbait. I've reached chapter 26 and there's still no mention of the industrial revolution or a transmigrator.
