This is the story of Evangeline Beaumont and Alexander Blackthorne.

Evangeline works in advertising and is great at her job, she is estranged from her parents and younger sister and is engaged. She couldn't wait to get married because she would finally have a family of her own but luck wasn't on her side or maybe it was divine intervention as she found her soon to be husband sleeping with a not just any woman but her best friend.
