Preemptive 5 star review as a reader with high expectations. Demon's Virtue is a daily read for me and one of my all time favorite webnovels and I hope this story will be the same.

I think everybody should give a try to this and the others novels or DiceVR. I've always found quite interesting the stories about undeads, necromancers and this kind of things so I'm quite happy he has brought back the concept of his test-novel (was the title "necromancer's resolve"?). Also don't get scared because of the #system tag, I can already assure you that this isn't just a system novel copy pasted from the Korean/Chinese model like there are thousands of in this platform, the plot will be coherent but will also find ways to surprise you. I don't want to say much more cause we are just at the beginning and I'd look like a fanboy. I repeat what I've said at the beginning, try reading it and give yourself a chance to fall in love with it, then suffer with us for the cliffhanger when waiting for the next chapter.

5 stars because I love the work dice does. Hoping that this novel will be as masterful as Demon's Virtue and Spending My Retirement in a Game.

Great story. I'm really enjoying it so far. My only complaint, though it's a big one, is that updates tend to be few and far between. The last update at the time of writing this was at least a month ago. I'd rather read a slightly lower quality novel that updates more regularly.

Mc is braindead and idgaf if hes an average person with no knowledge of magic but even an average person with little knowledge can at least understand a bit about magic and not be stupid enough to just spill all their info. They should be smart enough to know being an otherworlder isnt normal and to not give away there most op ability. The mc is so braindead stupid

This is a slow story with a great MC that actually feels like he is from the city. Not a gangster, but definitely from a city. It’s a weird thing to praise, but the dialogue is so refeshing in a sea of eastern novels. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants a fresh take on the transmigration novels. The updating stability is highly random and the main downside. After chapter 50 I tore through this novel, and even after waiting a week to read there is almost never more than 1-2 chapters. Definitely worth it if your patient.

if this has necromancy i will say this once and once only. dont . you . dare . drop . this . book. i will scream if you drop it because everyone keeps dropping great necromancer books!!!

Honestly a bit disappointed with this novel. its pretty good without grammer error and such… but its way to slow paced. I’m nearly 100 chaps in and the mc doesnt have and real necomany skills or something that would tie to the stars. Which isnt what i expected when reading the title, intro, or even the first few chaps. the MCs just a martial artist with some unque aspects.

I actually remember reading this story a year ago when it was a potential starlet, it's nice that it is back as a fully fleshed out novel. I love the story and hope to see how it progress. This is the first-ever novel that I actually read on the site and hope to see more of it.

Updates are regular. Stories is good at setting your expectations. Characters are believable and dialogue is normal. The use of monologues and reflections are very minimal. I find visual descriptions of the setting somewhat lacking but you do get a sense that the author has an idea of what everything looks like.
