This book is easy to get into. The characters are real and it's not written stuffy like a lot of shifter books. The author is a tease with the romance parts, but that builds the tension too. This is a great story. 👍
A new genre for me! Enjoyed many mysteries by DK Herman and am enjoying this story as well. Moves along very naturally, with plenty of description to paint a picture of a developing new love.
I've read DK Herman's books somewhere else and loved all 5 in the series. I wasn't sure if I'd like a shifter romance. But it's really great! This story makes you want to keep reading. I love it! Kudos DK on another terrific, well written story.

DK Herman has an engaging and unpretentious voice that draws you into the story. The pacing is perfect and the characters are realistic. What a fun read!!!

I love romance books, but this is my first paranormal romance. I think it’s great. And this story is written so well I feel like I’m there at Denhurst with the main characters. This is an excellent read!

Don’t miss out on this one! I love DK Herman’s mystery series, but I almost passed on reading this book because I’ve never tried this genre before. But now I’m glad I did. The characters come alive in this delightfully entertaining and fast reading fantasy romance story. The dialogue is masterfully written and the action scenes are exciting. I highly recommend this book.
I love the storyline and Interesting characters. It ended with a few open questions which maybe your still working on. I’d love to learn more about Emma’s powers. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
