A Mere Fate of Mine
Being summoned into Abyss, Lucien Santosa was feeling despair. This world is filled with 2nd class beings where he was a level 0 and couldn’t level up.
Taking on endless ‘Paths’ was the only way for him to survive, being wanted by a dark organisation.
Through uncountable sufferings and tortures, he managed to come back to Earth. The system was gone and everything was like a dream.
However, before he could live a peaceful life, the river of fate began to do its job.
“What!? Many high school kids are being summoned to another world?”
“Wuxia cultivators started to appear out of nowhere around China!?”

Right when he was about to ask what’s wrong with Earth-

I love this kind of story which has a unique aspect in it. The trauma and recovery is quite realistic and give a depth to the MC's character development but not by much 'yet'. There is also a bit hint of MC being OP as he follows a path different to others which gives him a huge advantage over others, and also accompanying him a bit of disadvantage such as aether starvation. It's still too early to judge this novel but it's worth a try. Now to my main point. As an avid follower of the Legend of Randidly Ghosthound, I have never seen you give it a credit as an inspiration of this novel. Im not sure if you are the same author as Poodle but you have different pen name. I also dont know if you have given him credit in RoyalRoadL, but if you did then thats good.

It’s pretty good so far. I am currently on chapter 18. Our main character has so far murduered a bunch of fools and been horribly tortured. The only problem I have with the story is that our Mc is not embrassing the dark side (lol)
I somwhat have mixed feeling about this story. Some chapters I really love but especially after getting back to earth there are parts that I just hate. The writer can write so that it really engages me as reader but the book feels like it mixes genres tooo much. I am fine with harem but love more soulmate stuff. But in here it started with mc who was really pure about the ***** stuff then went over to s*x fiend with his girlfriend and then ended up as almost cheating hentai scumbag. I cant relate to mc any more as I would sometimes just want him to die. The mc should be one or the other but he just keeps changing back and forth. Also honest outside of training or bedroom the beatings in relationships are not ok. Some have complained that there are too many similaritys to some other books. Well I did feel it a bit but this one is original enough I think. So to sum it up. I will probably trop this. But the author has potential and I would try any new book she (or is it he?) writes.
Dear author, please don’t copy too much from Legend of Randidly Ghosthound. Same system. Same main weapon choice. Same disciple path. Same development ( can’t level so opt to grind path ). I like your main character but the story feels like it just lacks originality. did you also read Everyone Else is a Returnee? I'm getting the same vibe with all the transcendence thing. it’s still early you can still try new routes. i’m liking the whole abyss thingy. i’m not hating on your writing. just trying to give constructive criticism. sorry if you feel offended by it.
