Gorak!
'Oh sh*t!', her eyes go wide.
'What is he doing here? He escaped?'
Stunned by her naked beauty, the attacking Gorak stops, staring. She looks like a goddess!
Lush pink skin glowing under the sunlight. Those heavenly mounds on her chest with mouth-watering nipples.
Well-framed body, with a beautiful, soft ass that vibrates gently as she moves.
How could anyone look this gorgeous?!
Worse off, she was dripping wet. He wanted to lick her dry!
Seeing that he is just standing there, Dela seizes her chance to run. She hurls her sword at him, and he dodges, but then she begins to wade through the water to escape through a tunnel deep within.
He wouldn't let her go. Reaching into the water, he pulls her out and slams her against the rocky wall, holding her in place.
What was he thinking? She betrayed him so cruelly 2,000 years ago, and helped the enemy take him down!
He came here to get his revenge, but what was he doing now? Drooling over her?
How stupid.
"Mnh... let me go!" she struggled to break free.
"I loved you. Took good care of you. But what did you do?
You betrayed me the second you got the chance!
And what for?
A cheap chance at Power?!"
He yelled the last sentence in her face. She whimpered, shutting her eyes, her lips quivering.
Those lips...
"I'm not afraid of you!", she responded in defiance
She would fight to the death.
She balled her fists, making them into flaming fists. She was strong, but she was still just a Guardian. He was a god. This fight would last only a second.
"Still so feisty.
Your newfound powers cannot save you."
He held Dela in place, keeping both her hands above her head with one hand, pressing down the rest of her body with his own body against the rocky wall.
As she struggled to break free, her soft body rubbed against his hard one. It was distorting his thoughts
"Hold still!", he commanded.
Shocked, she stopped moving. A cold sweat broke out on her forehead as she realised what he meant.
He took his sword to her throat. It lightly touched her skin and left a small cut. Some blood trickled down.
"Say your prayers."
She shut her eyes again, quivering, waiting for her death.
It was finally the time to kill her.
He had planned his revenge through the last 2,013 years of his life. How he would enjoy the fear on her face in her last moments, right before he slit her throat, but...
Why couldn't he do it?
What was stopping him?
Gorak had never hesitated to kill anyone in his life before. He was genuinely confused as to why he just couldn't do it.
"She betrayed you, remember?
Do it, fool! Just do it.", he mumbled under his breath.
Those lips...
He gulped hard. He wanted to kiss them again!
He lowered his sword and pressed down upon their softness, hungrily eating them out in a sweet french kiss.
Deepening further, he dropped his sword, freeing his right hand to arc Dela's head, holding it in place so that his tongue reaches into the deepest depths of her soul, swallowing her whole.
Wide-eyed, Dela is shocked by the kiss. It ushers in a flood of memories. 2,013year old memories.
She embraces him, pushing herself up against him.
Her hands are free but what is she doing? Making out with her killer!?

I love this book! If you like God-class superpowers, thrilling romance and mystery, it's all here. And the English is good! Everything is just so well described. Thank you author. It's also got many exciting characters.
This should be read by everyone. As I read the first chapter, there is already a horror and thriller vibe. I went back and read the tags and it has the thriller tag. And the synopsis...it's hot! Sooo hoooot that I'm even blushinggggg?! Because the kiss and the omggg
Really intense start, keeps your attention with ease. Descriptions are wonderful and a joy to read, with good writing quality. The author wastes no time putting in some romance right at the beginning and keeps up the integrity of the writing throughout. The plot itself is also intriguing, loving the fact that some details are being held off of to really create a nice sense of wanting to read on. If you're looking for good easy to read romance and magic, then this is the novel to pick up!
After reading this so far, you should read it too. This is what you call 'Show, not tell'. The author really detailed those are in need of details. It's quite rare to see other authors do 'Show, not tell.' When I started reading this, I stood to the point where I imagined everything single detail in my mind — It was as if I was in the story itself. You know the feeling of just sitting and listening in the sidelines? It's like I'm just the side character of the story. Sitting to where the MC doesn't notice you, that's what I imagine. Let's say, "Shivering feverishly, the young woman crept up the stairs of the old abandoned warehouse. A slight and startling tingle tiptoed down her spine, and she turned abruptly halfway up the flight of steps to see if someone had entered the decrepit building. Gazing intently around the lobby, the woman concluded that it must have been a breeze from the unlocked window. Cautiously this time, she continued up the rotting stairs. Upon reaching the second to last step, the young woman felt a rush of fear wash over her, and her head began to spin and the walls whipped around her – while her feet remained rooted to the steps. Desperately, she tried to scream, yet no sound escaped her mouth." In the passage given, you can already imagine everything, right? I'm the side character. She can't see me, but I can see her. That's what I think about this story. Overall, everything's great. I enjoy the narration of the story, a lot. If you read this, it isn't a waste of time. You'll be in Luck to read the story the author made.

I should have written a review of for this a long time ago, but I really like this book. It is so well described and the story is just so fun. Since it was almost 60 chapters I can read this almost everyday without worrying about finishing it too fast. Hopefully the author can upload more son as I really like everything about this book. Keep up the amazing work!

A really interesting world which is vividly described with very interesting characters. Love the part about torturing a demon with videos of kindness and charity in the ‘supermax’ type of prison for demons. Keep up the good work!

When people usually gives a perfect five you kind of become skeptical, but I am telling you that it is worth it. From the first chapter it's title is already justified. The characterization of the details just gives you this clear picture in your head and the visualization is amazing! Keep it up author!
Extremely vivid descriptions, almost makes me feel like I am there, in the novel itself. It's incredible. Stories like these are hard to get right and yet the author did an incredible job with the world and the characters themselves as well as ... the ... interactions (Wink wink nudge nudge).

I love how this story has so many different interesting sub plots that come together so nicely to make for a very captivating story. The backstories got me clutching my pillow like😲. Btw I also think Gorak is hot🥵♥️
