Deborah rushed to the hospital thinking her grandfather Johnson Green wasn't going to make it.



He was the only family member who was interested in her welfare since her mother died.



Her father Patrick was too engaged in the family business to pay attention to his family leaving Elizabeth to manage the household.



Elizabeth, Deborah's step-mum has always tried her best to discredit her in the eyes of her grandfather Johnson but all her attempts seem to backfire.



Now, Deborah's stepsister Barbara has decided to join forces with her mother in tormenting Deborah and trying to win the favour of Mr Johnson



Their intention is to get the old man to sign his will to Barbara and leave Deborah without a penny



Deborah is on her way to becoming a graduate and gets in an entanglement with the Dean's son Adrian Rice while also trying to manage the attraction coming from Oscar Lot her coursemate.



She faces all these struggles which can only make her stronger and grounded in the long run.
