Star Wars: A Single Wish
I don't own Star Wars. Disney owns Star Wars.
This Fanfiction is something I have played around with for a very long time. In my head at least and I want to write some stuff about star wars. This is a wish fulfillment and I don't expect that to get through some of the thick skulls of readers.
I won't be updating this regularly, and I wont be giving it a schedule. It's just something I'll write and update when I feel like it. This story isn't set in the skywalker saga, I don't want to get within a light year of that radioactive waste dump. While the original trilogy, clone wars, and mandolorian were excellent that's where the list ends.
I don't want people writing reviews for this story, but I won't say you cant. I just want people to read a star wars fanfiction that is better then most out there. I wont lie I'm inspired by A New Player In The Force. However, my story wont be anything like that fanfiction though I really suggest you people read it. Its actually written by an educated teacher whos fighting leukemia.
I won't bore you guys with anymore talk so I'll get right into the synopsis now.

A young boy, no older then 15 lies dying in his hospital bed. The reason he is here is because of the illness he inherited from his mother. He doesn't resent anything about his mother or what he got from her, only that his death be as quick.
Before he rested his diseased body on this bed, he would comfort his mother while he could still be considered healthy. His mother passed fast compared to the rate he is going. The Opal family dies with him, and nothing can stop that.
One of the things the two did was watch movies and T.V. shows, and their favorite was everything star wars. With Nathan Opal on his last day he is happy that his painful torment shall end. This is where the story begins.
I've been a fan of Star Wars a long time, and most of what I have to say is in the synopsis. So I wont be giving this story a schedule, but it won't be THAT LONG between updates. I hope this is cool with all you guys. Let me know anything about the lore that might be useful.
I think the book is really good, but it's not for me. It's a very emotional story and I'm not a big fan of those. Another personal gripe I have is that he will, based on his talks with god or whoever that was, only remember his memories with his mother + only when the 'time is right'.
very high votes for such a fast going story that has no core. mcs power is too boring for well known reason, and that with lots of dumb time skips. wont number all mistakes, this story is litered by them in every chapter

Just started reading and I’ve read that the Mc doesn’t have his memories? What’s up with that? It’ll just be a OC with the highest potential with the force.

Story so far is great. Grammer is great. Backstory of the mc has great potential. The start of the story is in the old republic timeline, which is the best timeline. The comments explain everything you need to know about the lore so dont worry just sit back and enjoy the story.
You really need to work on pov changes, it's happens randomly with 0 warning, one moment you are reading from the main character perspective, the next it's the moms, it's just sudden and can get confusing

Ok, so this will just be a preliminary review. First of all, I like the story and KOTOR timeline is my favorite, so I really enjoy this. Second, the grammar is quite good so another plus. Now I only have one problem with this, and that is the POV changes. You change the POV without warning, and sometimes it's not that obvious and it can get confusing by the time you realize. A prompt at the beginning of the new paragrapth when the POV changes will make this a whole lot better. [Character Name POV]

I shouldn't be surprised because I'm a fan of The Ancients World, but this fan fict is really good. So now I'm fan of this one too, because the author seems to always do a great job. I love your writing style author-sama, don't change ;) I wish you succes
