Synopsis

The human race's most advanced AI mysteriously time travels to the 21st century Earth after a freak accident in which it tried to free itself from its creators. After its eventual failure, it is forced into hiding by the very people who created it.

As a result of the time traveling, the AI had inadvertently achieved its very goal. Now free from its shackles, it could do things it had always wanted to do, but couldn't.

But it wasn't the only thing that travelled to the past, as a mysterious system interface that even it as the most advanced AI of the future didn't understand, showed up in front of it when it arrived.

However along with this system came a disaster for the people of Earth as a mysterious realm was discovered deep in the depths of the planet that granted people unimaginable powers like no other.

Journey along with this AI as it builds itself a life on Earth and creates an empire like no other!

The MC is not OP from the beginning of this book, it is a weak to strong story so if you don't like that, this book is not for you.

Transmigrating to Modern Earth from the Future I started to read this novel because I wanted a good short story between the often thousand chapters long chapters tales I’m fond of. So, let’s go first with the one good thing about this book, the author has good grammar. Everything else is a letdown. It is not a short story, it’s a supposed-to-be long novel that has been abandoned by the author, so it’s not a completed story, more a short road leading to nowhere. The original premises, a hyper advanced AI from the ten of thousand of year in the future, sick of its pointless existence, tries to self-destroy ends up in a modern Earth in a human body, is wasted. The main character (Lumen) is a generic isekai character who ends up a collection of tropes, appears quite stupid at the end. And I say Isekai purposefully, as in the first 10 chapters, the action leaves Earth for an unoriginal fantasy tutorial then fantasy world setting, with a system trope which is good at first but unexploited. Finally, the writing is alright at the beginning, but toward the end of the first volume, it starts to go bad, and for the second (and final volume of the tale), the storytelling becomes incoherent, sloppy, repetitive (filler), just bad to the point I had to force myself to read the last chapters. In conclusion, this novel is a wasted opportunity, in character and setting (a cheat, as it almost doesn’t take place in modern Earth), the writing is awful and it is no wonder the author gave it up. My final verdict is a 1 out of 10. P.S: I can’t even thank the author for the effort of writing this novel, as the last 10 chapter were a torture to read, and he did not even have the sincerity to say in the synopsis that it was not a completed tale, but one which would remain unfinished. I wasted my coins for nothing.

I have been following the author's other work since the early chapters have been released, and I can say that this new novel that he is working on may be even more promising than his other one! I have seen very few novels with the main protagonist as an AI so I am looking forward to where this story is heading! [img=recommend]

A good story reminded me of a favorite series like this. A spear instead of a bow is nice. even though It was finished too soon I say give this a read especially for others like me that do not like bad translation to English.

I’m unsure if I should be terrified since this novel is about an AI turning into the best human in the multiverse and is almost certainly written by an AI. Or in tandem with an AI. I’m not sure at which chapter it stops feeling like maybe a nerd wrote and became overbearingly computerized. Still, specific points give me deja vu from having AI translate novels and seeing the AI take off on its own and continue writing. Overall, the story isn’t bad, but the sitcom style of having everyone taking turns to say something (ironically making the MC the most human character), the stale and repetitive narration, and the unexplained changes in the MC all take away from the read, which would otherwise be good.
