Elysiel, the last princess of the fairies, risks everything by singing a forbidden song — a melody that summons the most powerful of demons. But instead of meeting her destruction, she receives a dangerous offer: Seraphis, the lord of the underworld, promises to save her kingdom from extinction. The price? Her soul… and her heart.
Now, bound by a dark pact, Elysiel must become queen of darkness. As her fate becomes linked with that of Seraphis, forces beyond her understanding threaten the balance between the world of the living and hell. But as the tension between them turns into overwhelming desire, Seraphis discovers that their love could be the key to salvation — or the undoing of everything.
Hey, so I started reading this new story, and it's pretty good! It's a romantic fantasy, and the main characters are really interesting. The plot has a lot of potential, and I can see it becoming even better if the author develops it well. I gave it 4 stars for now since it has a few cliches that I'm particularly not a fan of, and I also noted some parts that repeat themselves a bit. It's not a big deal, but it could be smoother. Oh, and this is the author's first book, so I'm trying to be fair. I'll keep reading and see how it goes. Maybe I'll update my review later with more details or a different rating.
