A little bit about this novel, the mc is scum villain type. He will do whatever to achieve what he want. the era is during third world war ninja after kakashi got his new sharingan. I read ahead in Chinese. I gotta warn you guys; this guy is a scumbag. This story can get quite dark. Overall though, it's pretty good. The MC is good at politics, so the story focuses on that aspect a lot. I recommend reading it. It's better than the majority of fanfics here.
