Raising a Hero
She had only wanted to have a working marriage and a happy family. All of her efforts had been towards that goal. Despite that, her husband leaves her for another woman after the loss of her unborn child, and just as she starts to pick herself up, she dies in a car accident.
But this isn't the end of her story.
Her spirit is picked up by her brother. He happens to be a beginner god who needs help raising the hero who is supposed to save his fledgling world. Thinking he is offering her a long-sought-after opportunity to be a mother, she readily agrees, and he sends her down to his world with the gift of healing and a Methuselah grade body to aid her on her quest. She quickly finds her little boy and is overjoyed to have someone to love and baby at last. But this hero doesn't want her as his mother. He wants her as something else.

I was exuberant to learn this particular story and author ended up on Webnovel! This book is outstanding and steps away from typical storytelling to create a piece that has a lot of heart and soul. The details on certain aspects of the book are also realistic in a sense that you feel as though you’re learning a lot too. Overall I know I’ve personally found a lot of comfort and hope in this book, I sincerely hope that others reading can find that too. I say this as someone who’s read a lot of online books for the past eight years— this book is amazing. It has a certain presence that you won’t forget, even months later. Current Reader Status: Chapter 62.
I am struggling to write a review good enough for this book. The characters are dynamic and we get such an in depth view of their lives that you feel their joys and pains. The world’s background is slowly built up so as we read we learn more and more. I am obsessed.

it makes my heart happy...it somehow manages to capture my love for magic, fantasy, Christianity, isekai, and so many others incredibly well. kudos to the author, you're doing great...... I haven't been able to stop reading for 2 days

I have been obsessed with this book. It is written so well and I feel that I can identify with the characters! I have thoroughly enjoyed each and every chapter so far.
Loved every part of this book, how funny, how real and deep it got. Still thinking about what that shadow escaping from the corner of her eye was but I’ll definitely have to reread.
Love this book It doesn’t have to be mature or smutty to capture one’s attention despite the age group. Good writing, enough details, good chapter length, minimal errors (nothing some fine editing can’t fix). I actually followed this here from another platform— a good indication the author knows what she’s doing. Now if only this platform will allow me to finish it…. If not, I won’t stay here.
I am absolutely addicted to this book. The character development is fantastic. the writing is exceptional. Just an amazing, gripping story from the get go.
