What would you do If you were suddenly transported to the Nasuverse just before the Fourth Holy Grail War as a young Shirou with no access to a Magic Crest, Magecraft, or OP Servant?
...
Note: This fanfic translation features transmigration, where the protagonist is thrown into the body of Shirou, rather than reincarnation.
What with these Chinese stories auto-hate nowadays? At least read the story first, geez. Let me tell you what to expect from this fanfiction. If you're looking for quick and instant wish fulfillment, then you better stop reading and move on to the next novel. As of chapter 61, it was a proper novel. I'm kind of surprised myself since this is a fanfiction. The author is good at character growth. As the protagonist is transmigrated into the body of Fujimaru Shirou, a 6-year-old kid, yeah his real parents aren't dead yet so no Emiya Shirou for you. He starts as a weakling without any power whatsoever and will be embroiled in a conflict beyond his control. He'll struggle like an ordinary person, think like an ordinary person, and grow to be more than an ordinary person. It's all about character growth. So if you're expecting a Gary-Stu or Giga-Chad stomping the Fate series powerhouses, then you better stop wasting your time here. The MC will start as weak, become strong, then stronger, and eventually overpowered.
A somewhat slow start, I must say, and a great development of the protagonist, seriously, what a jewel, completely recommended, although they will have to put up with the MC's complaints for the first few chapters, but after that all their effort to support the cringe will be rewarded: D
I must say to be a Chinese novel this is suprisingly really good. You don’t really notice any of the signs of bad translation. The main character isn’t stupid and all around it is a majorly underrated novel.
MC is kinda frustrating though that's probably reasonable I mean the story kinda makes sense. Like imagine you as a reader/watcher idk gets plunged to nasuverse where dead apostles are lurking around and the world gets controlled by Magus and the Church behind the scenes. The only frustrating part is his guilt eating him up other than that kinda realistic, no one here adapts that fast to Nasuverse and that's period. Grammar is good
Just read it ...,.....................
This story is strangely good. Pretty much just a story about a normal man becoming better and by the latest chapter you could see it. Honestly it was pretty annoying and slow at the start but when the story began to increase pace you could really enjoy it. That being said it’s still kinda hard to get there so just keep this in your library and if you get bored read the story. Warning: slow paced, power leveling inconsistent, not focus on magic and power, life lesson oriented, not that bad after the first 60 chapters
Love this story. Absolutely. I got way too hyped at the endgame of the grail war arc. Spartacus is the MAN and Shirou is absolutely goated with the sauce.
I have read this story to the fullest. To be honest I liked the protagonist because he was a down to earth character and wasn't somebody that went after other women to make a harem for himself. I am just disappointed by ending of the story because one of the main reasons I liked it is pure relation ships and how he was devoted to Artoria as a man. So I kinda hate the harem ending because it destroyed all my respect for the main character. Though I must say this story taught me a lot about society. I read this for the first time when I was 15. I was ignorant of my social awkwardness and was fooled by people very easily, I spent most of my time wasting it on worthless things like watching some worthless anime and stuff but after reading this I was able to see every thing from another perspective, I finally understood people to a certain degree. And I was finally able to act my age because I had been acting like a brat the whole time. I still don't understand how the author managed to create such a story while teaching about society at the same time. Either way I must say, I am grateful
This is one of my most favourite Fate fanfics, the starting 10-20 chapters are a bit average but that's just setting up the character of the MC...he has a very unique power and interesting character growth Definitely a hidden gem, it's a translation yes ...but it is one of the best out there it's pretty readable as well
This is one of my favorite fan fics of all time. The protagonist actually has character development (something many reader can’t fathom).
tres bonne fanfic bien quelle ne soit pas exempt de plusieur defaut for those who are interested i started to write a fanfiction on a nasuverse world but i'm revisiting it if you want to criticize or support me don't hesitate to drop by and leave me a review or a comment.
all I'm going to say is the Chinese MC Logic Hurts my soul as always and the English is confusing and convoluted but hey the Idea is interesting so check it out but don't have a Gigantic Bar after all it's Webnovel
Struggle. That's the essence of the MC development and it was done beautifully. He was weak, then OP, then regardless of being OP in one character feature, he was provided with challenges that targeted in another feature where he isn't OP so you can't really say it's a nerf because he learns and tries to adapt. This is an excellent novel that was translated wonderfully. It's not something you can use to pass the time, except if you're a fan of slow progression, but I would definitely recommend this as a quality work. It's now currently saved as one of my favorite fanfics.
You honestly have to push through the first 60 chapters to get to the juicy part of the story. It's a hard task and honestly I nearly gave up after 20 chapters but I stuck through under the recommendations of some of the reviews. I would say the grind was worth it. Review as of Ch. 85
My first piece of advice for new readers is to read the title. If you don’t like a heroic MC this isn’t the story for you. Beyond that, the story is about someone who reincarnated into Shirou’s body and participates in the Fourth grail war, but focuses primarily on Shirou’s growth as a character. Highly recommend.
