She stood across the room, she was drenched, water dripping from her dress, which hugged her body in all the right places.
She rubbed her arms trying to keep warm.
She was squeezing her dress and trying to dry her hair.
Tiny drops of water penetrated through the old roof, and made a Drip—Drop sound.
The room was cold,but it was getting warmer, as Zi Tao took off his shirt.
He watched her while she stared at his chest and he knew he was fed up and tired out from all the games.
Boldly, he made his way towards her ,taking her unaware, and pushing her against the wall.
She was so transfixed,that she was left speechless.
They were both tired of playing hide and seek.
He played with the contours of her face, her cheeks felt hot.
"Tell me something"he said trailing kisses down her neck.
She wanted to push him away,but didn't want him to stop, she was so confused, but welcomed all the sensations.
"Why, why do you keep on running you cannot escape me"he said, and kissed her shoulder.
She moaned.
"Am not"she said, and he took her palm and out it on his chest.
"This heart beats for you now"he said rather whispered into her ear, then bit it.
She trailed her fingers on his bare chest, he looked into her eyes, and she didn't see lust, she saw love.
"I Love you my Feng Mian"he said.

Yu Yan sat in her bedroom, staring at the wall, frustrated and perplexed.
She was still trying to recover from the shock she got from the news.
She placed her fingers across her forehead and started to cry.
She let the tears flow freely.
The door opened, she couldn't care less about the intruder, till she felt two arms wrapping her body.
She looked over her shoulder, and saw him there, his face close to hers
He kissed behind her ear, she let out a whimper, he let his hands rub her thighs.
"Don't ever hide your tears from me"he said to her.
He carried her up and gently placed her on the bed.
He took off her shoes, and arranged a pillow for her.
She was already taking her shirt off, but he got on the bed and covered her with a thick blanket.
He pulled her to himself and hugged her on the bed.
She felt a warm sense, and returned the hug, weeping softly at the news.
He held unto her, squeezed her tight and whispered.
"I love you Yu Yan"he said.

You people should appreciate this story! It is a wonderful and meaningful story. I love the plot but sadly, I have got a lot to catch up on. I recommend this to others and I'm proud to be the first and only one to write a review on this ♥
Chapter 1 was long, but the road was worth it! I LOVE IT! This novel is a rare jewel amongst the others. I find the family dramatic, but it can always happen in reality; especially in wester culture or even asians. In addition, the style of writing is great and the flow of the story is nice. Lastly, I am happy to see such elements included in the story elaborately written by the author. I do want to take note about some sentences that needs editting. Not all, but some. In that way, it can help readers have a smooth sail for their adventures during the plot/climax. All in all, I love your story and I hope for the best for your novel!

The story is indeed interesting, as it gives the readers a vibe of old school stories but keeps it's modern essence throughout the read. I definitely recommend Reader to read this, and Yes, you are writing well. Suggestions: Kindly re-visit and re-edit your initial Chapters. Give spaces after commas. Write less bulky paragraphs. And when you do these keep a smile on your face😇
This is a wonderful novel with an interesting plot! Each chapter leaves you wanting to read more! Similar to romance novels of the same category, it has your classic villains - stepmother and rival. However, this time, the MC is transmigrated in the early chapters compared to the beginning. I have yet to read many chapters, but for the few I did read, I support the author’s journey! They have areas to improve, like grammar, but that is something fixable the longer they write. Please give this novel a chance because it is a very interesting novel with action in each chapter!

The story flows rhythmically and makes you swim alongside. The writer surely knows how to keep the readers immersed in the story. Beautifully written and well-cafted characters!

I found the premise of this story to be really interesting and engaging. The author did a good job conveying the protagonist's troubles and I love those types of stories. My real gripe was the punctuations. Remember to add a space after a comma and also put periods or the appropriate punctuations at the end of dialogues but other than that ,it's a solid read. I definitely recommend putting this in your library.
I just recently bumped and read this story I say this is kind of underrated with bigger potential. Well written and deserve get a full five stars! If you are looking for story with a romantic and interesting vibes, don't hesitate and start reading this now.
