Dr Blush (Dragon Ball Fanfic)

Shameless self review.. but here is just the authors words to those reading as I am asking for your patience and understanding. As you may or not be aware, this is just a side project of many side projects that I have ongoing at present. After writing the first draft, it will be uploaded in an unedited state in order to save time to write my other chapters for other books. The quality may be slightly lower and there may be the occasional mistake so I ask those that are more critical of mistakes and grammar to please be patient and give it a chance before judging so soon. If you have read any of my other novels then you should be already aware of my writing style and quirks as I tend to go into detail and hyper focus on certain points too much so I will apologise for that in advance? I have an original novel that I have to start up again soon, a fanfic that has eight releases of chapters per week, another fanfic that has three to four releases a week and then this project too that has two a week so I do not have time for proofreading and editing my works before uploading them. If I do so then the releases will become much less as most of my time will be spent on correcting mistakes, it is a question of what the audience would prefer in the end.. would they prefer high quality with one or two chapters that are released late or not at all each week.. or would you prefer a regular upload schedule to be kept while ocasionally spotting a minor error?

why does every good story with great world building and power systems or mc with great potential always and I mean always get ruined by the same dang thing...I'm so sick and tired of the "I need to lay low and never do anything ever and make sure I stay a background character" the fricks the whole point of this story.... dang it makes me so angry

Spends so much of its word count explaining the same things 5 different ways and hyping up the main character that it doesn't leave any room for her to actually do anything that a normal person wouldn't do. Seriously author takes 5 paragraphs to explain 2 sentences worth of events and 3 of them are a word salad of irrelevant overly-unique expertise the MC will proceed to not demonstrate.

i can't say that i like this story. not that its bad really. but it really doesn't feel like it has anything to do with dragon ball at all! plus it goes off on a tangent of details and descriptions!!!! it feels more like im back in school reading a text book then reading a fanfiction!!!!

The quality of writing is great, there are stable updates, the story development is great, character design is good, and the world background is interesting, I love it overall! I enjoy this kind of story the most (I do not mean what I stated above, I am just bad at explaining things, it means what it means).

The story looks interesting and has a lot of potential. Thank you that it is not a sayayin or having systems or powers from another universe.My opinion of the Mc is paranoid and not crazy I think his morale will be neutral chaotic.

Slow development doesn't mean it has to bore the reader, I'm going to Enel chapter 11 and it feels like the fanfic has nothing to do with DB, even if certain things are mentioned I feel that the author can't separate the fanfic from his other creations. I'm talking about the development or the idea. It's all about research or science – rather than the world itself in which the fanfic takes place. In the Danmachi and One Piece fanfic it's the same (-_-)

Its pretty good but horrible name. Name is dr who is where now? It really made me think mc would be dr who from the tv show and would be time traveling in the dragon ball universe so if u were expecting doctor who fic just drop it

You had to change it to Dr Blush, oh my lord, now people will think this is some dating simulator story, full of romance and stuff, this is so funny! Previous title made us think it was a Time Lord fanfic, with dr who in dbz... Now it sounds like a romace, hahahaha.

Story development is kinda meh because we know none of what she does matters in the end. At least currently. And we know this because she doesn’t want to ruin future knowledge. Power scaling is super slow and boring. The idea of it is great. Further exploration of magic in dragon ball is a great concept but the snail speed of progression makes my stomach rot as I read.

This is the second novel you wrote I'm reading and I'm glad it's just as enjoyable as the other one. Keep up the great work

a great 5 stars out of 5 stars. i love the main character. I love the art used for the cover. u love that she uses magic and smarts instead of just sending an energy blast at the problem.
