Synopsis

In a future, alternate timeline, the Gods have been reawakened with a fury, and with that fury, they take control of the world and reshape it to their collective liking, and reignite the power of magic, changing the way the world functioned as we knew it.

With the concept of magic now introduced to humanity, they went wild with it in this new world, creating new things and people that eventually restructured the system of the Gods themselves, changing everything once again.

Time has passed since then, and in a remote city in the largest desert two beings encounter one another and create an unlikely spawn, the mother dies shortly after giving birth due to a curse inflicted upon her by mysterious forces. The was then father left to take care of his child on his own and does his best, but is forced to return to his home realm in hell, due to the same reasons he was allowed in the mortal plane in the first place.

Left alone with only her friend, the two young serpentine venture off on many adventures together, developing a strong bond for one another that quickly grows into something more.

Then on one of these adventures, they find themselves trapped inside a hidden and desolate place. They searched for a way out, but in the end, only one escaped

Now alone the little serpent girl has to survive this world without anyone by her side, struggling to cope with all of the losses she's suffered over her life.

Will she be able to survive? Or will she fall into an endless spiral of despair and lonliness?

so yeah formally I have to say the story is good... for the majority maybe? I don't know, you just see for yourself men... this may be a spoiler to some but I didn't put the spoiler tag on purpose to let you know the things above. If you want to read yourself and see what I've seen in the book then don't read beyond this POINT. But if you are keen on knowing how I feel about it then— read the paragraphs below... How frustrating. so its basically one of those tales where the mc and the other character sits around a born fire and have a conversation: "Hey remember that time I helped people who tortured you for months because of my selfish reason, and you forgave me in one day because of a stupid reason?". The other replies, "yeah I remember, even my father saved your daughter as if he's repaying you for saving me— when you were saving me to repay for my miserly. Come to think of it, who was repaying who?" The other replies again, "I'm not sure, but I'm glad you forgave like a moron." thats how the story is... The mc gets tortured because of some guy helping his daughter. Then the mc just gets a little sad or angry and forgives them... as far as I could read which was stupid and frustrating considering that no one who is reasonable can do so... which bring us to character development needing reasonable improvement. at leas it must make sense like how a living being would act.

it's a captivating story with aspects that may be... unappealing to some, but it does do a decent job of developing a story with a slower plot. My only gripe would have to be the lack of any sort of goal besides having a family. If there are any similar novels lmk. -peace

I honestly really like it. There are some parts near the beginning that are pretty dark, but they are well done. The grammar isn't the best, most of it is good, but some places just have silly mistakes. All in all, I would recommend it. The author is building a really cool world that I want to see more of. Author, I know your not happy with some portions, but please continue writing this. You're doing a good job.
