Felix didn't saw it coming at all! He was waiting for her to give him an answer, but this was beyond his expectations! His eyes grew wide in disbelief!
"What did you say?" He cannot believe his ears. He wanted to make sure that he didn't hear her wrong.
"I said I love you, you fool! I -"
Before Yelena could finish her words, Felix rose from his seat, bend down once again and sealed her lips with a gentle kiss.
Felix slowly pulled his head back and gently held her on the neck. Yelena could feel the rapid thumping of his heartbeat which match hers.
"Don't you dare go back on your words. If necessary, I will even chase you to the end of the earth." His lips curved into a smile.
"The same goes for you." She replied confidently.
"Then what will you do to me?" He asked her.
Yelena pointed at her wound. "I'll shoot you. The pain will be two folds compared to this." She said with a devilish smile.
She then leaned towards him and whisper in his ear. "You may not know, but I'm a good shooter."
Felix chuckled at her response. "Is this how it feels to have a soldier as a girlfriend? But why do I have a feeling that you will try to shoot me even if I upset you a little?" He teased her.
"Will you make me upset then?" She said with a serious tone.
"No, ma'am!" He responded right away.

Hello, Author here shamelessly reviewing my work😆 As a huge fan of military and female warriors, I penned this novel with an aim to promote the life of soldiers with romance as a huge bonus. The story may come off as a slow start but I sincerely ask you to read at least 10 chapters before you decide to drop this novel🤗 I also beg everyone to read the auxiliary volume 'Information From Author' before you start reading the main story. The thing I love about this story is that it doesn't revolve just around the main leads. There are other couples whose love story are just as interesting as the main couple😍 This is not just sweet but also a deep and responsible romance story! The devotion and commitments of soldiers are also perfectly portrayed in this novel. And like the author said in the introduction, it is easy to read😊
Read first ten chapters and I can say that this is a good read. Yelena is a strong woman and quite loyal to her job as soldier but also soft on the inside as she is just a woman who yearns for true love. Author, when you said English wasn't your first language I thought it would be bad but this is good. Your editing skills are good. I hardly noticed an error. I recommend this book to everyone. it starts slowly but it isn't a boring read. Very entertaining and engaging. This is a beautiful story in all.

I love how understanding both our leads are, they communicated well and complement each other. Both families are nice too even they are not very good in expressing it.
The story of 2 people who meet, make up names, types of employment, start to fall in love, then separate without each other’s Contact information. They meet again, shortly afterwards, in their real jobs & names. He’s a prince, she’s a military Officer. They have both loved and lost, it’s Their 2nd chance. And let the reading begin.
Though theee weee grammatical errors here and there... this is a highly recommended novel. The mysteries, and the excitement from each and every chapters makes one not able to stop reading. Thank you.

I love military novels and this story thoroughly portray the life of soldiers😄 The author seems to have some knowledge about the army and its procedures😉 I really look forward to how the story will unfold🤗

The relationship between Yelena and Felix is very complex and well-written. It's obvious they both have respect for each other and it's going to be great to see how their relationship changes.
